    All the tools I look at only allow me to have AAC encoded audio when creating an MPEG-4 TS. Is there a tool that will allow me to use Mpeg-1 Layer I, II or III Audio? So far I've tried with Basic, Improved and H.264 setting, but all force me to do AAC audio. I am going to attempt to create the files separately as an MP4 video and MP3 Audio put together in QT Pro to see if that will play.

    Also I have been asked if I can send an H.263 version, but the only way I can do that is as a .mov Quicktime file, i am waiting to hear back if that would be acceptable. Any ideas?

    Looks Like the AVS4You Converter is the one for me, as long as the quality is good. Downloading and testing now.

    avs4you = crap.

    Are you talking about converting or muxing? Cause all tools you are mentioning are basicly converters.

    You can always convert first and then use a separate muxer to mix different audio and video using for example yamb.

    Actually I'll need to do both convert and get a muxed file. I'll look into to your link now, after looking into AVS4You I can already see it is not so great. Thanks.

    The YAMB works great with MPEG-4 Improved. My H.263 muxes don't display the video I might just be missing a decoder on my system.
