Does anyone here know how to create an interactive menu for use with an SVCD? thanks.

You can do so with:
- VCDImager +/- GUI (e.g., TSCV)
- VideoPack5
- some others.
Only VCDImager ( http://www.vcdimager.org ) is open source and completely free. TSCV is a good GUI to start with, especially for a beginner.

Also, if you search the forums and internet at large, you will find guides, etc., for TSCV.
