converting .mov to mpeg

can someone help me convert the above? also i have nero 4 which does not enable me to run videos off cd, i cant afford to buy nero 5.5, is there any cd burner which will allow me to do this? also, i need to make the cd autorun, how can i do this? many thanks

See the "CONVERT" option on the menu to the left, click that, then find the "to VCD", find a program that supports the .mov format. By simple inspection, TMPEGEnc supports this. If you are going to do this, you have to use Quicktime 4.x, you can't use QT 5.x because you'll get a "illegal floating pointer number" or something-or-other error. Please look on the site for more than 1 minute before you post a simple question.
