    But the AVI plays really fast, in Windows Media Player and in BS Player..? any ideas as to why also i don't hear any audio.

    SUPER sucks.
    H264 in AVI is a bad idea, unless you use VirtualDub and ffdshow.
    I recommend Avisynth's BassAudio and SoundOut plugins for converting WMA to AC3.

    Thje problem is Xvid4PSP wont load a file i get an unhandled exception error and handbrake wont convert any of the wmvs.
