  1. Can someone please go to this website:
    http://www.cctv.com/program/e_dialogue/20090622/107154.shtml
and tell me how to capture the video? The website recently changed their method of streaming and now my old method of capturing the video doesn't work anymore. I often would like to be able to capture these videos. The videos play fine in my screen. I just want to capture them on my hard drive for later playing.
    Thanks for your help

  3. Thanks. With your explanation, I was able to figure it out using one of the tools in my toolbox, Orbit v2.4.2. I started the video, I selected the "Grab++", refreshed (reload) and then clicked download. I got the whole thing.
By the way, you can post 200mb files at Rapidshare.com

I would use Replay Media Catcher for something like this. It's rarely let me down, works on virtually any site, any FLV or MP4 stream (and some others too, like WMV).

I still use keepvid.com for Youtube, however.

I tried with Firefox 3.0.7 and the add-on DownloadHelper v4.4.1 and it had no problem getting the video. It's around 80MB. It's the simplest way I know and works well for Youtube clips also.
There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway.
