I have a rather annoying problem. Recently, I got many DivX files from a friend and since I am a VCD fan, I started encoding them into PAL VCDs with TMPEgn under VirtualPC, but everytime, the audio is about 1/4 second to late. The original DivX is fine. Is there any setting in TMPEgn that I can use to prevent this? If not, what is the easiest way to get video and audio back in sync? I guess I have to demux it, and then edit it with some software (Premiere??? What is best???) and then mux it again...
any help is appreciated

try encoding it with Toast 5, I've read it can also encode Divx into VCD.
