I decided to look for a new heatsink for my cpu since it started to get to 61c while encoding, after viewing heatsinks at newegg.ca i decided i might get this one.
    http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103046

Anyone with a similar setup find that its worth replacing, most reviewers at newegg are newbs and gamers, just need to know if it will keep the cpu cooler while encoding at full load.

  3. Plus make sure you read up on how to apply your compound if the heat pipes ar actually part of the base (ie, there are little slot long gaps)

Its all stock settings, the mobo isnt very good at oc cause i bumped it to 3.4 gb(17x200) and it reset while doing an encode after a couple minutes, doesnt reset on stock settings, was a very hot day when it got to 61c tho.Cpuv is at 1.328.

To johnsO: Yeah, sounds like you need a hsf bad, that Xigmatek will probably get you within a couple degrees of the best hsfs
