Adding object(moving hand ) to a video file

Ok i was wondering if there where any programs out there that would let u add an moving object into a video file .meaning basically inporting an imgage into the video and having interact(move around )but only for a few seconds .. if anyone has any clue pls respond >.>, ty for your time

Fairly simple to do in Adobe After Effects, however if you dont know the software it will be very confusing. If you've got the time to learn it however you can get a 30 day trial from Adobe and within 30 days you should be able to learn what you need to in order to make your effect. (The best way to learn would be to follow tutorials).
