For anyone intrested, it is now possible to replicate from images made with Encore, DVDit or any other consumer BD authoring tool. . The guys over at Rivergate Software have succesfully taken an image from Encore and have delivered the correct CMF images used in replication. The stream was MPEG2 and not yet sure of the detail on the encoding.
Now if we can only get the AACS licensing costs down!!
More news to come I'm sure..... Take that Sonic Solutions Ha!!
