convert ogm to avi with subtitles

Hello, I have an anime series that is all .ogm files and it has a choice to watch in dubbed English or Japanese with English subtitles i want the Japanese with English subtitles but i need to turn this .ogm file into an avi file so i can stream it through my xbox 360 and watch it on my tv i used formatfactory to format to avi but when i did this it only took the dubbed English version. is there a way i can convert this file with virtual dub and eventually i want to merge each episode into one file i know virtual dub can do that but every time i tried the audio was off but thats another issue so again can anyone tell me how to convert to avi file with the audio in Japanese and subtitles in english? i have also tried river past video cleaner and although it gives me options for audio 1 2 3 and so on when i choose a different one it doesnt seem to matter and it gives me option to show subtitles but doesnt seem to work either..thanks for the help!

I think you can still do that using Format Factory.
Just select the proper Audio Stream Index (for Japanese audio) and Subtitle Stream Index (for English).
Before you do that, get the proper info regarding the file (example, Mediainfo).

when i load the file and go to settings there is 9 audio steam index to choose from as well as 9 subtitle streams to choose from?
