I sometimes use Rapidshare to download large files that are split into several 100mb pieces. The Rapidshare website makes a point of saying that if you want to download several files simultaneously (useful for faster overall download), you must pay for a Premium account. But on another part of their website, they say:
I am confused about this Rapidshare Manager. Why would they say they are charging for multiple downloads, and then say you can get free multiple downloads if you use (free) Rapidshare Manager? Exactly as AlanHK said, all it really is, is a download manager, you could use any e.g. IDM, Orbit Downloader etc, you still need a rapidshare account to be able to download unlimited/unrestricted files
