Lately I have been using Win Movie Maker and Win DVD Maker with success. But not today. When I import a movieclip WMV1/WMA2 both joining and other editing options are grayed out. Why is that, is WMV1 too old a format for Win Movie Maker? Is it possibble to convert it to a format that Movie Maker can handle?

I guess you can play it without any problem using windows media player?

I would just convert it to avi using for example winff, super, etc and then try import it.
