Hi all!
I'm about to get some VHS tapes, which were recorded in Europe, probably in PAL system.
My VCR can only play PAL-M (Brazil's standard) and NTSC.
However, my capture device, a Pinnacle AV/DV, can convert PAL.
Will I be able to capture this footage in color, and possibly convert to DVD in NTSC?
Thanks in advance!

Well, after reading up on PAL-M, I would assume that your PAL tapes will not play right. I think you are going to need a true PAL VCR. But who knows? Wait for the tapes to arrive and see what happens.
