VOB2MPG v3 PRO ends automatically

I allready purchased and registered VOB2MPG V3 PRO. I've gotten a problem.

VOB2MPG starts with my click. But few seconds later VOB2MPG process ends automatically without any message. I can't any operation.

It was occured when I registered with registration wizard. I had to enter my registration information very quickly.

How can I resolve this problem ?

I tried VOB2MPG free version. It worked fine.
I wonder why PRO version does not work...

Mmm can you try changing "environment" to english to see if that resolves it?

Great!

I changed "environment" to english and VOB2MPG PRO worked fine.

But other japanese applications I use is displaying greeking.

Changing this environment requires OS reboot. I feel inconvenient a little.
