Hi,
I used to have a DV cameria on a IEEE port and whatever i filmed, i could capture using Pinnacle Studio and in the "Capture option" i could select to output in "PAL or NTSC". (I have fiamly in N.America and i would send them NTSC DVDs of the kids etc.). Life was simle. Then the DV broke down and i gout a Canon HF20 Flash camcorder. The annoyance is "Pinnacle Studio" does not recognize the device as its USB connected to the PC.
I can copy the clips to the HDD and open them in Pinnacle Stusio 11.1 and burn a DVD. But it's PAL...
So, now i'm trying out different software, and i capture clips (but they're PAL). How do i convert them to NTSC? So that i can burn a DVD and send across the ocean Are there any straight forward softwares which recgnizes projects or *.mpg files after a project is rendered and converts them.
Thanks very much for your responses.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Easiest, use for example convertxtodvd, choose ntsc in the settings, add the dv and convert.
Or better methods, https://forum.videohelp.com/topic368261.html
