    Hi All,

I bought a power supply 4 weeks ago from OZ DIRECT online, 3 weeks after payment I finally received the item. Extremely hard to make contact with them in any way, one would think that would make me think twice before buying again online ..but.. some fools just don't learn.

Last Friday (1 week ago) I again bought some gear from another online store PC CASE GEAR in Melbourne, just got off the phone with them and have been advised, it may be posted next Monday or Tuesday ?

I frequent eBay and more often than not, receive the goods within 3/4 days, I often also buy gear from Hong Kong because of the price and receive delivery within 7/8 days, no problem.

Never again will I purchase anything from a computer store online in Australia, it's pretty frustrating when your waiting on parts to finish a build. If they kept their web sites up to date and listed items as being out of stock, you would look elsewhere ..but.. NO, that's too easy.

    Cheers.

    Gyday there blinky 88.

Yes, its a real shame and a pain in the rear dealing with aussie traders online ... Ive seen it too often but more in the last 2 years and its just getting worse.

More and more online stores don't actually have stock but orders are taken and then processed and passed on to major importers for IT gear and alike ... middle man taking his pennies

I make it a habit of contacting the store before ordering to make sure whats on their site is in fact available or as to when to expect new stock ... Then place orders.
