    I'm trying to use Alltoavi to encode a folder of anime episodes in mkv format (to my knowledge alltoavi is the only program that can convert multiple files/folder) to avis but for some reason it stops in the middle of the encoding process and I end up with an avi that is half the size/length it should be. The avi plays fine but is obviously incomplete.

    Edit: Tried to do the same with Super but got the same result.

    I found Xvid4PSP will work where AlltoAVI won't. Also you get better output. If not, then AVS will probably do it (although not free).

    Xvid4PSP would stop prematurely as well. Not sure what's going on.
