  1. May peace be upon you

I have a little problem with avc/aac videos since I can't find any tool to cut those videos I'm constrained to convert them to avi (or something else) in order to do it (avidemux seems to ignore it).

Do you know a tool to do it, thanks a lot.

Well if the advanced cutting is available it will be helpful but basic will do (cutting by duration).

    Many thanks for the attention.

  4. the problem is most software doesn't have an updated splitter for this format. This topic has been discussed in several threads if you search.

flvextract to demultiplex into raw streams, use mkvtoolnix, or yamb to re-wrap into mkv or mp4, then you should be able to use avidemux to cut, or even mkvmerge by timecodes (if in .mkv container). If the timecodes generated by flvextract show varying intervals, you have a VFR (variable frame rate) flv. AVI container doesn't support VFR, but mkv , mp4 do.

This won't be frame accurate, it will only cut on the nearest IDR frame. There are no frame accurate h.264 cutters (unless you re-encode)
