Hi, A friend of mine has asked me for a copy of his home movie he created on his imac, but when I put the disc in my pc, windows vista, all I get is a thin line across my screen and it won't play correctly. Is there a converter or something I can do to remedy this please?
Many Thanks,
Jue

there is only one dvd standard. imacs have to burn them the same way pc's do. might be a brand of dvdr your drive can't read, or an ill made one, but there is no converter to change from mac to pc dvd.

try playing it in a standalone dvd player on your tv.

explore the files on the disc, there should be a video_ts folder with .vobs, .ifos, and .bups in it.
