when you searched for the file did you have view hidden files and folders enabled?avira probably can't delete it because its a dll file and windows thinks its in use.Try scanning in safe mode to see if it will get rid of it,if it removes it run another scan after you reboot to see if the virus got into system restore,if it finds it again you'll need to turn off system restore and run the scan again. If AVIRA can't get rid of it ,download a linux live cd like ubuntu, boot from the cd and search windows system32 folder for the file and delete it .
