I was not able to open up an IFO in SubtitleCreator to sync up new subs. I get the error:
I tried the FixVTS program and still get the error. I multiplexed the seperate video and audio streams in DVDLab and plays okay so I do not know why SubtitleCreator cannot open it.

Still can not get it to work. The DVD Authoring Wizard option has no problem opening the same IFO if I want to add subtitles to the DVD image but the subs are not synched yet.
