    I have ripped my content from the DVD with Mac the Ripper but cannot seem to import it to imovie. HELP!

    iMovie only accepts DV Streams.

    Steps to follow:

    1. Rip with MTR to Main Feature Rip to your HD.
    2. Open up MpegStreamclip, with the $20 QT Mpeg-2 option,
    and open the Main Feature rip into it. Then Export from there
    to DV Stream back to the HD.
    3. Open iMovie, and import the DV Stream from MpegStreamclip
    into it.

    If it's not a commercial DVD then you don't need MTR.
