You need to pop the lame.exe file into your foobar directory (download it from here, use the 2nd link (LAME 39.8.2))!

You need to install Lame and point foobar to lame.exe to use it..

If you want to convert all the flac files you've loaded in f2k, just highlight them all (ctrl+A) and right-click--> Convert...

Just get the Lame 3.98.2 exe file and drop in in your Foobar folder (in Program Files). Foobar will recognize it if it's in its installation folder.

Then you just select all your songs in Foobar (shift-click) and then "right-click/Convert/..." and you can choose "mp3(LAME)" and go to More Settings and choose your quality.

NOTE!! - If you want higher quality that Foobar's presets (eg you want 320 CBR) you need to make a few more mouse-clicks. LOOK HERE for simple instructions how to do this! Takes half-a-minute and you are set up for future 320CBR conversions.

Foobar is a pretty ugly and kinda non-intuitive app but it is very cool nonetheless.
