    Hi
    I have copied a VHS tape to DVD using a VHS/DVD recorder combo unit.

    Is there a program that will allow me to edit the VOB files on the DVD and Burn to DVD?

    Is it possible to include both the full length and edited films on one DVD?

    The content is not protected or copyrighted, which should simplify things.

    dvd shrink in the reauthoring mode.

    or

    vob2mpg and edit the mpg using mpg2cut and make a new dvd from the mpg using gui for dvd author.
