    Ok I am a loss. I just bought a new Samsung Cell Phone instinct S30. According to there website for video files it will only
    accept Mpeg-4 sd, Mpeg-4 avc of H263 files. It can only be at 320x240 or 176x144 at 15fps. I have tried everything I can think of and I cant get them to play on my camera. I tried researching the H263 and apparently that is obsolete now. I would appreciate any help I can get.

    what software have you tried? I would try super, xmedia recode or some other ffmpeg gui.

    I used DVD FAB and I also tried super and one other program. But I tried Aiseesoft Total Converter and it did a great job. But you have to pay for it after the trial. But it does what I need it to do. Thanks for all the help.
