  1. I have an avi on my hard drive that needs to buffer for about 20 seconds before it will play with Media Player Classic. (See screenshot 1 and Screenshot2 Gspot). This is unusual because I've never seen a file that needs to do this. My question: Why does the file need to buffer before it will play?

  2. File truncated. It's missing the key frame index. MPC is parsing the file to build a new one. Try DivFix to fix the file.
