Hey!!!
I'm having a DVD which got corrupted due to a "write error" by the burning software.
DVD now is scratch free(moserbaer) and seems to be 20% filled
Now I want to rewrite this DVD, but the software tells that it is full and cannot re-write it.
Is there any way, by which I can Reuse it and consume its remaining 80%.

No. You would need a Re-writable disc for that.
But I would spend some time fixing that 'write error' problem so it doesn't happen again. -

Although it is a waste of potentially usable space, the particular structure of a DVD prevents the kind of reuse that you are asking about. Once a burn has terminated in error, the disc has been made useless (except as an objet d'art). There is nothing you can do about it.
