Ok i probably did something, but don't know how. When i hit in Vista, start, all programs, i see two other folders withing called programs and another Programs(23). It's a duplicate of what I already have. Afraid to delete since i don't know which one to delete and i don't want to lose everything. Any ideas on how to fix please. Thanks.

Your 'Programs' folder would be very unlikely to show up in your "All Programs' folder. It's part of Windows. Take a look at your boot drive (Usually 'C')

'Start Menu>Computer>C drive>Program Files'. That's where the Windows Programs Files are.

Not sure what you have on your start menu. What's in those two folders? The Program Files should be very big. My laptop files are about 3GB and a few thousand files. If they are a link, they don't show as that. Try looking at the 'Properties' of the folders. R click on the folders and go to 'Properties' and see where they are really located and how big they are.
