    hey guys i want to edit a HD project is it possible in adobe premiere pro 2

    Yes. Set up a project for the resolution you want.

    What is your source format? Which export format do you want?

    Check your PP2 docs for import formats supported. You may have to decompress externally.

    hey guys i am really sorry about that mistake actually i dont know about creating the personal threads . thanku edDv but one more question is there any problem in exporting in dv in adobe premiere cs4 ?my format 1.in format =1920 1080 2.out format will be same.

    Uncompressed 1920x1080i/25fps ? There should be a project setting for that under New Project. If not create one.

    For full XDCAM-EX support get Premiere Pro CS4 or Vegas Pro 7 or 8.

    For Premiere Pro 2 you would decompress externally, or convert to a supported version of MPeg2.

    CS3 was Adobe's first shot at XDCAM-HD. XDCAM-EX is fully implemented on CS4.

    If you can afford a $7,000+ camcorder, you can afford a CS4 upgrade.
