    Hi,

    I am looking for the softwares for for general movie / wedding video making.

    I mean I have some videos , now I want to make a movie with effects , style and to look professional.

    I guess you have already tried Windows Movie Maker? Easy and has some good effects/transitions but may not look that professional.

    I would probably use Ulead VideoStudio or Vegas Movie Studio. You can download the trials and test run.
