  1. I don’t know if this is the correct section to post this question, if so please place in the correct forum

    ok my question is what's the best or proper way to burn DVD Interactive games so they play ok on a home DVD player

    as I tried one and it seems to stick in parts then closes so there-fore you cant play the game. I bought the game to play which it do but now i want to give my friend a copy of my game it burns ok which are 2 folders VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS I used nero and burnt as a DVD video

    Personally, I would not burn anything DVD related with Nero.

    Rip as a complete disc. Remove nothing. Don't shrink it or do anything that might screw with the structure. Burn to quality media with Imgburn. if it needs DL, use DL (Verbatim +R DL only)

    It should work fine to make a backup of it, it's a standard dvd-video. I would guess it's some other problem like crappy dvd media.

    But YOU are only allowed to discuss how to make your personal backups and not give away your backups...

    when you say rip as a complete disc do you mean on image burn create image from disc. also I don’t think the disc is big enough to use a Double Layer DVD as its 4.35GB
