How can i change soundtrack ?

I have a few MP4 (ipod video) files but want to put a new soundtrack on the video.

It can be a simple software that will let me choose a video and audio file and output the created video.

Or it can be more advanced allowing me to control the process giving a more professional finish.

Doing a search, I found various video editors and audio converters, but nothing that will do the above.

Something like MP4Muxer will let you add a video and audio stream together, however it isn't an editor. Perhaps AVIDemux might let you do this without re-encoding.
