i have down loaded some music videos, but when i play them on my dvd,it freezes and stutters,it is basically unplayable.i burned them with nero 5.5.
also when i go burn the files it comes up with this message,

the file c:\programfiles\kazaa\mysharedfolder\videos\linlin park-crawling.mpg is invalid, need mpeg-1 which was encoded for video cd.
the following problems were found: stream encoding which is invalid for (super)vcd.

you are creating a video cd v2.0(cdi player)compliant cd,but the mpeg file is not suitable for such a disc.
it asks me if i want to re-encode the file,if i say yes nothing happens,i leave it 4 about an hour but nothing happens,it just says idle.

if i just ignore then what happens is what i said above.

    please help

    many thx[/b]

  2. You could use TMPGEnc to reencode the video using the standard NTSC or PAL templates and try reburning then.

  3. When Nero says do you want to encode and you press "YES" then nothing happens, try when finished puttiing files on that you want and clicking "YES" press burn when ready and it then converts before burning
on to disc not until! So tell it to burn disc.
