Possible to create a vid like this w/ Windows Movie Maker 6?

Hi, I'm a new member to videohelp, and i was just wondering how and with what program, that youtube user created a slideshow video like this because i would like to create something similar to these transitions and effects.

i dont know if an advanced video editing program is needed because i dont think WMMaker has composite layering. If anyone has any idea what program was used to create sthg like tht, please give me some feedback.(Besides movie maker, i also have Roxio media creator 9 deluxe preinstalled).

To do all that you would need something more like Premiere, Vegas of After Effects, a fair bit of planning, and a fair bit of time.
