Hi, I have a problem with synchronisation of audio with subtitles by adding them to DivX. I have a .sub file and have converted it to the .srt (with Subtool) and then to .ssa file (with SRT to SSA). All the steps are the same as in the manual "How to add subtitles to a DivX and encode to a VCD". But after the encoding the subtitles are much faster then the real audio. I have tried many sources of subtitle files, but without any success. Does anybody know to fix it? Thanks, Johny.
