Not sure i am posting this in right place

I have photdex producer3

I want to create a flash show to put on my website.

i output as flash.. i get a flv and a swf file

the flv file is huge. i ftped the swf file and the index.html file to my site but it doesnt load. then i ftped the flv file it worked but file took forever to load.

how can i output a smaller flv file. and why do i need the flv file on the server?
