I'm trying out Premiere Pro Cs4 and I have made a very simply edited video, when trying to export, even using the default compression settings, after hitting ok, a very quick dialog/progress bar box comes up that says "exporting data" and finishes, and my rendered video is not where it is supposed to be. any ideas on why i can not export my movie?

  2. Did you check the adobe media encoder queue?

In CS4, it doesn't encode directly out of Premiere anymore

    Hey,
I think I have another problem here.. I am working with WIN7 and adobe premiere pro CS4 and I have edited a very simple short video. Now I am having troubles with exporting the thing. When I export it, the win media encoder opens but (of course after starting and finishing the queue) no file comes out :S
I can't figure out where the problem is because I nearly tried everything now.. Could anybody please give me a hint? I am quite new in the video-editing busines.. =(

    thanks in advance =)

Did you mean adobe media encoder? or windows media encoder ?

Have you tried other export formats?

Perhaps the trial version is not exporting all formats?
