    Hi all

    My Dad is newbie to caravan+sats - he has a 60cm dish setup with his SKY box...

    he has it setup with his dish and gets readings:
    SIGNAL 100%
    STRENGTH 100%
    but gets NO picture?? - but he gets the SETUP MENU...

    im awaiting more info and said it could be that the channels need retuning or its not pointing EXACTLY at the sat....

    any ideas?

    I'm not familiar with that system - I have Dish Network in the US - But if you are getting 100% Signal and Strength, I would think that something else is wrong.

    im unsure if this is his NEW sat box and therefore HASNT been tuned yet - this could be the case - he's set it up, gets the menu BUT hasnt set away the self-tune on first install
