Hi, I'm currently working with a project where I need to capture video from my JVC GR-D860E camera in realtime.
I have managed to capture from it over firewire but the video on the computer lags behind. If I just look at the display that doesn't happen so I figured it had something to do with the DV-format transfer.
As I'm working on detecting objects and tracking them I really need this to work without lag. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? I would be very grateful for any information on the matter!
