    I need to get some youtube videos into a flash file.I can't import flv and wanted to know how to convert .flv to swf.
    Any wise members know the answer?

    Or use KeepVid to download the higher quality (usually) mp4 version of the file instead of the crappy flv version.

    Thanks Baldrick but now I have a problem, when I embed to flash I get sync issues. Is there a converter for AVI to SWF?

    Ok, I used winff to convert to avi then I dropped the file into quicktime pro and saved for web. The file ended up just a few kb's.
