The problem with color is that eyeballs are self calibrating. That is why you need tools to calibrate color.

Are you the same Number Six at the PC World site?

I saw a Number Six on the Internet Security Suite comments that I posted on. Used the Penny-farthing bicycle also.

If you see an Ethelred its likely me. Especially if they use a hard signature like I do. I keep needing to use Ethlred instead of Ethelred as the preferred spelling is already taken. Yet I never see anyone actually using the name. Which makes me suspect that it was me and I forgot.

No - that is not me - must be an IMPOSTOR - I'll send ROVER to handle the situation

I only use Number Six here - I have different names for different places, and I do not go to the PC World site.

I just got "Slumdog Millionaire" from Netflix. Going to watch it tonight. I know the director was a Brit but is this an intro to Bollywood or what?

  6. Slumdog is on my NetFlix list...

By the way, Jaan Pehechan Ho can be seen in the movie Ghost World which is much more easily found than Gumnaam.

NetFlix predicted arrival yesterday. I suspect a postal worker intercepted and watched last night .

I rarely order a current DVD.

One of my top 10 all-time favorites. Here's my upload of it:

It's a very fine film, I think, but not at all typical of a Bollywood film. It gets a lot of criticism from the Indians because of the emphasis on the slums, which they think all Western films about India like to depict.

I don't have much use for the modern films, but much prefer the films from India's so-called Golden Age which is usually dated from about 1950 to 1965 or 1970.

  9. Not Bollywood, and not black and white, but I've enjoyed several of Mira Nair's films.
