I'm using VirtualDub, and the Avery Lee subtitler filter looks suitable, but I cannot install apps to the PC (corporate PC), just run standalone apps from USB stick.
Is there an app to write the SSA format script that does not have to be installed?
Thanks

Virtualdub doesn't need to be installed. It runs from a self-contained folder and will happily run from a USB stick.

Sorry, perhaps I worded my question badly. I am already running VirtualDub from a USB stick.
I'm after an app to write the SSA script (from a USB stick).
