  1. i have a video, in ntsc when i convert it to pal, it gets more narrow, and the audio is out of sinc, how can i make it be the same but in the same time be in PAL?

    1. Search the site for any one of a thousand threads about video standards conversion.
    2. Converting from NTSC to PAL is...quite frankly...dumb(for lack of better words right now)...since the majority of PAL Countries can easily play NTSC with no problems at all.

  3. i get it, but, i was trying to make a dvd, and for that i will have to make all of my different videos, the same . i don't quit know how do you have, on the same dvd everything in pal and one video in bitween in ntsc

    What program did you use? I would just try ConvertXtoDVD($40) or FAVC(free but not as simple).

    You must change the resolution and frame rate if you want a fully compliant PAL DVD.

    You may not have to.
    I use GfD to author DVDs. I've made discs including both PAL and NTSC features.
    Strictly, you're supposed to have them all one or the other, but in practice this works on the several players I've tried.
