    I always wonder how people do this.

    You can find many TV programmes and shows and clips on youtube. Sometimes a programme is on youtube a few hours after it's been broadcast.

    How do people do this and upload it on youtube?

    It's been recorded digitally, converted, then uploaded?
    It's also copywritten and totally against the TOS
    Then it's removed

    well, you can't expect much when kids are asked to police the site...
    it's the same with eBay...these sites get huge way beyond the company's capability to control them
    about all they can do is put a little "report this" button somewhere...
