Hello everyone !
My Capture Card : Inno3D GeForce FX5600 (256MB) Vi/Vo

I want to capture videos from PS2(modded) games but the US and Japanese games are black and white.
When the game is stars the screen is colored(for a few sec.) but its turn to b&w
I have no problems with Pal(50 or 60Hz) games (they are colored).
There are any program what convert the NTSC signal to PAL ?
or any solution ?
