    I have this problem when moving things on the desktop...looks like this:
    Isn't that line to thick then normal?

    The thickness looks normal to me. Or are you complaining that you can't see the window contents while scrolling?

    Yes, also that...is something wrong? It wasn't like this before...
    Since this change also the fond of some website changed from black to blue...

    Right click on the desktop. Select Properties. Go to the Appearance tab. Press the Effects button. Enable "Show window contents while dragging." Press OK. You'll now see the window contents while dragging windows.

    Any idea why this settings are changing suddenly? I just installed couple of software yesterday but nothing else...
