    Hi
My kids reset the password to Panasonic DVD-LS83 portable DVD Player and now can't remember it.
We need to reset the password or reset to the factory settings.
    Can anyone help?

One thing you can try, for resetting DVD players to factory settings, is to unplug the player from the power outlet and leave it unplugged for at least a half hour. It doesn't work for all players, though.

Have you read the manual page 16 middle of the page? It says:

    You have forgotten your
    ratings password.

While stopped, press and hold [<<] and ["] on the unit and then also press and hold [> ON] on the unit until
“Initialized” disappears from the screen. Turn the unit off and on again. All settings will return to the default values.
