  1. wassup.

    does anyone have a way around this problem...

    TMPGEnc wont open .wmv files..i tried

    renaming it but it didnt work...

    any suggestion ?

  2. Try opening only the video part of the WMV. If TMPGENC can do that OK, then your problem is the audio part of the file.

    You can convert the audio part of the WMV to WAV using Graphedit. After doing that, encode with TMPGENC using the video part of the WMV and the WAV for the audio.

    By the way, I noticed your name is BigBlackFan. Are you referring to the old Chicago band Big Black?
