Use imgburn, create data dvd/cd and burn the mkv.
But what is your goal? If you want to play the blu-ray on some standalone blu-ray players you should instead make a copy using anydvd and burn it using imgburn. Blu-ray players does not support mkv. You can also shrink it using BD Rebuilder. -
yea anydvd hd you mean but that cost money , bd rebuilder i tried using that one time and i just get alot of errors when im trying to used it , im just trying to copy a blu ray movie at the highest quality and put it on a blank blu ray disc , the mkv file i have of spider is 29 gb

i just trying to find a way to burn mkv or do i have to covert the type of file i still want to put it on a blu ray disc

I guess you want to shrink it also? Because dual layered blu-ray discs(50GB) are kinda expensive....

Use tsMuxerGUI to author the mkvs back to blu-ray and burn with imgburn,If too large just split for 2 discs.
I think,therefore i am a hamster. -
Or tsmuxer back to blu-ray and then shrink with bdrebuilder.

There just aren't all that many Blu-Ray disc players which can play video encapsulated in an MKV container.
If what you want is to make a back up of your Blu-Ray disc and you want to be able to play that disc in your Blu-Ray player AND you already have the Blu-Ray disc to burn that copy onto - stop messing with MKV and just make a copy with AnyDVD HD and then burn it to your disc. If you simply copy your movie you will likely be able to play it and make use of its menus. If you insist on burning an MKV copy to a Blu-Ray disc then you won't likely be able to actually watch the movie on your player. -
