	I assume you are using AnyDVD to do the rip to the hard drive? Some BDs are a bit hard to rip and convert. Is this a new BD? AnyDVD takes a week or two to catch up. 
 
 Next thought, where are you ripping to and where are putting the tsMuxeR output? Sometimes using a different drive for input/output may be the answer.
 
 A I/O error sounds like a problem with where the files are being stored.
