I can't copy Midnight Meat Train w/ TsMuxer, I keep getting an i/o error, but I can rip the main .m2ts file to the HDD, and then I run it thru TsMuxer, eac3to. or TsRemux and get errors

I assume you are using AnyDVD to do the rip to the hard drive? Some BDs are a bit hard to rip and convert. Is this a new BD? AnyDVD takes a week or two to catch up.

Next thought, where are you ripping to and where are putting the tsMuxeR output? Sometimes using a different drive for input/output may be the answer.

A I/O error sounds like a problem with where the files are being stored.
